Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 572 Office Attendant (Class IV) posts for the panel year 2025 across various RBI offices in India. Candidates who have passed the tenth grade (and are not graduates) are eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates must apply online only through RBI official website (www.rbi.org.in). Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have passed 10th (Matric/SSC) from the concerned State/UT.
  • Must not be a graduate (Graduates or higher qualified candidates are NOT eligible).
  • Must know the local language of the applied state/UT.
  • Ex-servicemen: 10th pass + 15 years of service (and not graduated).

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years

(Born between 02.01.2001 and 01.01.2008)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10-15 years (as per category)
  • Ex-Servicemen: Service years + 3 years (max 50)

RBI Office Attendant 2026 Pay Scale

  • Selected candidates will get a starting basic pay of Rs.24,250 per month in the pay scale of Rs.24,250 - 840 (4) - 27,610 – 980 (3) - 30,550 – 1200 (3) - 34,150 - 1620 (2) - 37,390 - 1990 (4) - 45,350 - 2700 (2) - 50,750 - 2800 (1) - 53,550, along with other allowances as per RBI rules.
